3. Payment Terms

Payments are to be made as per mutually agreed milestones. Invoices must be cleared within the payment cycle. We reserve the right to pause services in case of delay.

4. Revisions & Feedback

We offer a limited number of revision cycles as agreed in the proposal. Major scope changes outside of the original agreement will be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client gains ownership of final project deliverables. Catalyst Canvas reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including business interruptions or third-party service issues. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the respective service.

7. Termination & Suspension

Either party may terminate the contract with prior notice. All completed work till the termination date will be billed. We may suspend services for violations of these terms or non-payment.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
